Eagles Promote Kevin Patullo to Offensive Coordinator
The Philadelphia Eagles have elevated passing game coordinator Kevin Patullo to the position of offensive coordinator, the team announced on Wednesday.
Patullo, 43, joined the Eagles in 2021 as passing game coordinator and took on the role of associate head coach in 2023.
He replaces Kellen Moore, who was appointed head coach of the New Orleans Saints last week after serving just one season as the Eagles' offensive coordinator and winning a Super Bowl title.
Under Patullo’s guidance, the Eagles generated 367.2 yards per game in 2024, ranking eighth in the NFL, and finished second in rushing yards (179.3 yards per game), behind Saquon Barkley, who led the league with 2,005 rushing yards.
Patullo, now entering his 16th season in the NFL, has spent his entire coaching career working with offenses, primarily focusing on wide receivers and quarterbacks.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni praised Patullo’s impact on the team, saying, “He’s very important to our success. He wears a lot of different hats and helps me a lot with various head coaching responsibilities. I can’t make a decision without first asking Kevin, ‘What do you think?’ Whether it’s in-game, out of game, with scheduling, offensive strategies, or game management, I rely on him heavily.”
To fill Patullo’s previous role, the Eagles wasted no time, hiring Parks Frazier as their new passing game coordinator, according to multiple reports.
Frazier, 33, spent the 2024 season with the Miami Dolphins as an offensive assistant and served as the passing game coordinator for the Carolina Panthers in 2023. He began his NFL coaching career in 2018 as an assistant to the head coach with the Indianapolis Colts.
