Comedian Ken Flores was found dead at his home in Los Angeles, reportedly due to cardiac arrest. His family confirmed the news through an Instagram post, expressing their grief and requesting privacy during this difficult time.

Flores, 28, passed away on Tuesday, January 28. His family shared the heartbreaking news, saying, "It is with great sadness that we confirm the untimely passing of our friend, brother, and son, Kenyi Flores." They also asked for privacy as they navigate this "devastating" loss. The cause of his death has not been disclosed.

The comedian had recently started his Butterfly Effect Tour, which began on January 10 in Portland, Oregon, and was scheduled to wrap up in San Diego in April. His last performances were in Norcross, Georgia, on January 24 and 25, and he was scheduled for a show in Phoenix on January 30.

In addition to his stand-up, Flores had made appearances at events like the Netflix Is a Joke Fest and the Nonna's Basement Podcast With Luca, Tom, & Tyler in 2022. He also produced a show called Latin XL alongside comedian René Humberto Valdiviezo.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed to TMZ that Flores died from undisclosed causes. Sources revealed that a 911 call was made from his residence after he suffered a cardiac arrest, and paramedics were unable to revive him despite performing CPR.

The Hollywood Improv comedy club paid tribute to Flores, sharing on X (formerly Twitter), "We were honored to share your talent on our stages. You were greatness, and it was only a matter of time until the whole world saw it. You were also kind and a tremendous friend to all lucky enough to know you. We love you, Ken, thank you for all the laughs. #kenflores #rip.
