Marvel Rivals players are encountering the error code 2103, "Operation Frequency Too High," preventing them from entering the game.

While the exact cause of the outage remains unclear, it appears to be affecting a significant number of players across multiple regions, including North America, Asia, and Europe.

Marvel Rivals 2103 Error Details

Players across all Marvel Rivals platforms (PC, Xbox, and PS5) are facing the 2103 error. NetEase, the game's developer, has acknowledged the issue and is actively working on a fix.

On the official Marvel Rivals Discord, NetEase representative rivals_james confirmed that the issue is widespread and that resolving it is a "top priority."

NetEase’s Response to the 2103 Error

NetEase posted an update on Discord:

"Hey Rivals! We’ve noticed some unusual server issues and are currently investigating them as a top priority. Thanks for your patience, and we’ll provide updates as soon as we have more information. Ignite the battle!"

This isn't the first time Marvel Rivals has faced this issue. A similar error occurred two months ago, temporarily taking down the servers.

Current Status and Workaround for 2103 Error

While NetEase is working on a full fix, there’s no permanent solution for the 2103 error yet. Some players who manage to bypass the error and enter the queue are facing another issue: unpredictable queue times.
