Nick Foles Takes a Shot at Tom Brady After Eagles Win Second Super Bowl

Nick Foles couldn’t resist taking a jab at former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady after the Philadelphia Eagles' dominant 40-22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

Following the Eagles' victory, Foles took to social media to share a playful message about Brady, who had worked as a play-by-play analyst for the game. Brady was present for both of the Eagles' Super Bowl triumphs. The first came in 2018, when Brady’s Patriots were defeated by Foles and the Eagles in a stunning upset.

Foles tweeted, “It’s really cool that Tom Brady got to be there for the Eagles’ two Super Bowl wins! He might be a good luck charm. Have a great night!”

Brady’s loss to the Eagles in Super Bowl LII is undoubtedly one he wishes he could erase, despite putting up an incredible performance with 505 passing yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. It was one of the best Super Bowl showings ever, but it still ended in defeat for Brady and the Patriots. Don’t expect Foles to let Brady forget it anytime soon.
