A recent report reveals that Swift has helped boost the NFL's brand value by an astonishing $1 billion over the past two years.
As Super Bowl 59 approaches, a report from MarketWatch highlights Swift's impact on the NFL. Based on data from Apex Marketing, a company specializing in branding and advertising, the report shows that Swift’s influence has added nearly $992 million to the NFL’s brand value since she began her relationship with Kelce in 2023.
Kelce, a star tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has been at the center of this surge in interest. Though neither he nor Swift has publicly confirmed their relationship, Swift's presence at Chiefs games starting in September 2023 ignited massive interest in the NFL among her vast fanbase, while drawing substantial media coverage.
Apex estimated that between September 2023 and January 2024, during the AFC Championship game, Swift generated $366.75 million in brand value for the NFL. For the 2024-25 season, that number rose to $634.3 million. With Kelce playing in the upcoming Super Bowl and Swift expected to be in attendance, the total impact will likely exceed $1 billion.
